Looking around.

Are you a blogger? Or do you just enjoy reading others blogs?

The whole blogosphere became know to me long long ago when I started to read blogs about peoples lives in between classes in college. Nothing special. In actuality the blogs back then were one long page of writing. No pictures. Or rarely was there a picture. People would just write, and I would read about their lives. It was interesting. When I became pregnant with my first baby, I made up my own little web-log of my pregnancy. It consisted of a couple of pictures of my pregnant belly and some details. That was 10 years ago. Back then, blogs were a baby of an idea in someone's head. I just wanted to keep a log of things for later on. I did the same thing with each consecutive baby. With my second, it was to be able to share my pregnancy and family life with my husband who was stationed in Okinawa Japan for 2 years without us. That was a rough time. He missed my whole pregnancy, and was actually on a plane on his way home when I was birthing our daughter. When he landed he called my cell phone asking where I was! I can only imagine his surprise when I told him, "at the hospital holding our daughter".

My daughter was the inspiration for my logo.

This morning, I thought I'd share a couple of blogs with you that I enjoy reading. Some of them you've probably heard of. Some, perhaps not. Perhaps you'll make a new friend or find an interesting read in my little list!

Corey over at Tongue in Cheek is one of my favorites. She always has something beautiful to share.  And she makes me laugh.

Poppytalk. It's just a neat place to visit. And if you don't know it, you should. Everything is inspirational and pretty to look at.

Alicia, over at Posie Gets Cozy, has been a favorite read for a very long time now. Everything about her blog is lovely.

Another one I also love to read, Anna Maria Horner. I find her incredibly inspirational, being that she has a large family (she's expecting #7), and has a successful business and a gorgeous line of fabrics. Talk about supermom. I want to be like her when I grow up.

If you blog, leave me a link in the comments! I love to find new places to visit, and love even more to make connections and friends in this big wide blogosphere. It makes it feel more homey!

Wishing you a beautiful day,
